Just tell them that you are a newcomer and can not find a guarantor for yourself, that was i did, and now I got my PR card.

关于Client ID: 见5445E（Guide）12页9行。“3. Client ID number: If you do not know your client ID number leave the boxes blank, we will fill it in for you." 虽然是针对5455说的，但对5401应该也一样。虽然他的语法好象有问题，但应该算是官方回答。
