Generally to say, Co-op is for the students who are in the last year or before the last year to help them get hands-on skills. If you're not student you can get experience by Volunteer.

Thank you. Then, Where can I get the volunteer in Software Field? I don't think volunteers like babysitter or taking care of senior make sense.
