没提几个重点，我只好冲出来说清楚些。美帝（沿用 UK）采用的是 Common Laws。Common Laws 是一堆 Case 的集合。一个 Case 被 Rule 过了，就成了个 Case Law （我不知道是不是高院的 Case 才能算 Case Law，但是想来高院出来的说法是相对合理的）。
