May I keep this baby?

Sorry for using English because I have no Chinese system in my working computer.
The first day of my last period is Sep. 3rd. On Oct. 3rd, I did pregnancy test, the result is negative. So I think I am not pregnant since my family doctor told me three-day-pregnancy can be tested using the tester. On Oct. 6th, I had my hair permed. But when I did test again on Oct. 14, I found I was pregnant.
I overheard perm hair is bad to baby. And I searched a lot on website, it did see some bad information there.
I am worring about my baby now.
How can I do?
Do I have to do abortion for that?
Thanks for your suggestion. Can you share your experience with me? Thanks a lot

After I knew i was pregnant. I called my family doctor to make a appointment. But the receptionist told me I had to wait for a month because for Oct. she was fully booked. So I have to change to another family doctor which seems always available.
Can we know which one is better from their work availability?

别担心，一次染发肯定对孩子没伤害的，我刚怀孕的时候不知道，染了发,还是在国内的，用的药水肯定不如这里的好，染发第二天就买了棒棒测出来怀孕了，当时也有些担心的，好的心情在孕期里比担心要有用实际的多.好好保重自己和孩子. -ooopsbaby(金丝雀); 2006-10-26 (#3285340@0)
