EQUIPMENT FOR HOSPITAL STAY

LABOUR KIT
· 2 pillows with colourful pilowcases
· 1 pair of socks and 1 pair of slippers
· Lip cream, gum suckers
· Toothpaste, toothbrush, towel, lotion, comb
· Housecoat, comfortable clothing to wear in labour, 1 t-shirts (large)
· Labour log, pen and notebook
· Books, magazines
· Kleenex
· MP3 player
· Snack for coach during labour
· 1 digital camera

SUITCASE FOR POSTPARTUM
· 1 nightgowns (front closure for breastfeeding)
· 2 support bras and underpants
· one package of sanitary pads (maxi)
· 2-3 dozen disposable diapers
· Kleenex
· Breast pads
· Discharge clothing – maternity wear is suggested for leaving hospital

DISCHARGE LAYETTE
· Gown or stretch suit
· Sweater, bunny bag or snowsuit (if in winter)
· Hat and possibly booties (if in winter)
· Blanket (weight depending on weather)
· CSA approved car seat (rear facing with head support)

医院是ob提供资料，自己去登记（登记的时候就可以办理医院卡），最好参观医院，到生的时候不会着急找地方，并且护士会给讲解很多相关知识…… 登记后医院会给详细的准备东西资料，按照上面的要求准备就行了。 -tengyunjiawu(爽爽妈); 2006-5-1 (#2940900@0)
