Has been quite a good J2EE programmer/architect for about 5 years. I have seen these jobs quickly vanished from the market. There were many small to medium development teams invested by oversea companies. A few dozens of developers working on all these latest technologies. Cool life.

But things changed very fast. All these companies gone. We have to work for local companies and now-so-good local people now. We have to start work as something else than a programmer, because now only those native India can have that luxury. The management think only those people from India will take low pay and work hard. Doesn't matter they can programming or not, as long as they see a cheaper payslip.

I have to start doing something called software process. Looks cool, right? But people in this area is not as cool as you think. They are mixed with all kinds of people. Software process is something different from the those management's view and a progarmmer's view. I don't like this job.
